Allocation of your personal KBS Property Specialist
Having made your initial enquiry and establishing contact with KBS Property, you will be allocated your very own personal Property Specialist, who will use their expert knowledge to help, advise and guide you through the property search process.
Arranging your Inspection Trip
Your personal Property Specialist will be happy to arrange your inspection trip for your chosen destination. This will be tailored to suit your individual requirements and will usually be of 3 or 4 days duration. Inspection Trips are usually arranged in advance due to demand and limited availability.
Continual contact
Once your inspection trip has been confirmed your Property Specialist will start building your personal property portfolio and will be available to answer any questions or queries that you may have.

Upon arrival at your chosen destination, the exciting part begins..With help and assistance from one of our local Property Specialists, your search for the perfect property begins!
